We currently accept orders for supported United States delivery addresses. Availability and charges are shown during checkout.
Made after you order
Products are printed to order through our production partner, Printify, and its print-provider network. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Any displayed estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Two besties, sometimes two packages
The Forever Besties T-shirt and bandana use different print providers and may ship separately, with separate tracking. When you buy both, both providers’ shipping charges apply. Your checkout total shows the shipping charge before payment.
Shipping charges and tracking
Shipping is calculated at checkout using the products and destination. We do not advertise free shipping. Tracking details are sent when available. Carrier events can take time to update.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your delivery address before paying. Email hello@puddleandpaws.com promptly if you need a change, have missing tracking, or believe a package is missing. Changes may no longer be possible after production or dispatch. We review delivery problems individually.
