A little help for you and your bestie
For order questions, shipping issues, product information, or return requests, email hello@puddleandpaws.com.
Already placed an order?
Include your order number and a short description of the issue. For a damaged or misprinted item, a clear photo helps us review the problem. Do not email card details or other sensitive payment information.
A note about deliveries
The kids’ tee and dog bandana may arrive in separate packages. If one item arrives first, check the tracking details for each shipment.
